Finding peace with your plate - intuitive eating course
Event description
About this program
This program is held over three sessions and is designed to help you find peace with your plate, break free of diet culture, and start the process of becoming an intuitive eater.
We are passionate about the non-diet approach to health. It is our mission to help you recognise diet culture for the life thief that it is, and tune back into your body’s inner wisdom about how to nourish yourself so that you can free up space in your life for bigger and better things!
Over the 3-sessions you will:
- Practice tuning into body cues through mindfulness
- Become more aware of diet culture and notice how it influences food choices
- Explore ‘why’ we eat the way we do
- Check-in with how stress and emotions impact food choice
- Understand your values to help guide you
- Discuss real-life scenarios with the group
- Receive a Make Peace with your Plate booklet
- Be invited to a closed Facebook group for ongoing support
