Making Puppets with Fran Reeve (3 days 10am - 3pm)

Perfect for 12-16 year olds

Make your own hand puppet! This 3 day workshop is an opportunity for you to bring a character to life through the art of puppetry! You will be guided through the process of creating the base of a hand puppet and have the freedom to characterise your creation!

You will learn:

• puppetry design and planning techniques 
• characterisation through design choices
• utilising repurposed materials
• narrative development and visual story-telling
• creative problem solving with support

When: 

• Monday 13th - Wednesday 15th January, 10am-3pm in The Art Room @ Kickstart Arts

What to bring:

• Lunch, snacks and a drink
• Parents or guardians are welcome to attend part or all of the workshop
