Mama Village Day Retreat is a mama led and mama focused space to find nourishment and rest. This retrwat we will be diving into wintering, grounding and resting.

Our day allows us to slow down and rest with other women, unified and heard, as we witness our own beauty and wisdom echoed through one another. The flow of the day is designed to soothe your nervous system, providing the perfect conditions for healing and rejuvination.

A collaboration of like-minded local mothers have curated a day of rest, reflection and connection. Our collborators are mamas who are skilled and qualified to provide healing modalities for you.
