Managing Challenging Interactions workshop in how to deal with difficult and challenging situations. This training will take you through the anatomy of a challenging interaction and how to address the emotional reactivity and stress that can make these situations fraught with tension and potential conflict. You will workshop a challenging interaction with a focus on how to stay calm, de-escalate tensions and achieve better outcomes for yourself and others.
