Real kōrero, real connections. Bringing whānau involved in marae administration together to connect, share what’s real, and build tools and relationships that strengthen our mahi.

We’re inviting marae whānau and kaimahi to come together for a practical wānanga. This is a space to meet kanohi ki te kanohi, share lived experiences, and work collectively on solutions that support marae administration—while learning from each other and building tools grounded in real practice.

• 🔗 10:30 An on-site Tūāpapa walkthrough - do the mahi get the treats

• 🛠️ 10:45 Co-design wānanga – working together on:

  • Marae hireage templates

  • Marae signage

  • Marae alcohol policies (from no alcohol to moderate use)
