Multi-Channel Marketing to Build an Authentic Brand and Thriving Business

Do you have a brand you're passionate about but haven’t quite nailed the marketing tactics to help it grow? This class is designed to equip small business owners with a clear framework and practical tools to market with purpose. You'll walk away with a stronger understanding of your brand identity and story, and learn how to use multiple marketing channels to build awareness, grow your customer base, and create sustainable, long-term growth. We’ll cover how to build a full-spectrum marketing strategy that leverages social media, email, events, in-person tactics, your website, and more. Marketing can feel intimidating, but it all starts with understanding what you have to offer, why you're offering it, and where to focus your energy for the most authentic impact. You don’t need to be a business owner to take this class—just bring your ideas and a willingness to build something meaningful.

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, Milan Norling moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah and has since built a dynamic career in marketing. She got her start at Sundance Resort, followed by four years at Powderbird Helicopter, where she balanced marketing work with powder days in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Her path wound through the film industry in both Utah and Los Angeles before she shifted into growth marketing for a financial publishing company in New York City. Now, as Growth Marketing Manager at Ballerina Farm, Milan is fully aligned with her passions: sustainably sourced food, brand storytelling, and using every resource available to build a consistent, authentic, revenue-generating brand.
