Marketing on a Budget

Sick of feeling like effective marketing is only for businesses with big budgets. Marketing on a Budget is a practical, no-fluff workshop designed for small business owners and operators who want results without wasting time or money.

This session cuts through the noise and focuses on what actually moves the needle when resources are limited. You’ll learn how to build a strong marketing foundation, make smarter decisions with your spend, and prioritise the activities that deliver real commercial impact.

You’ll learn:

How to identify the highest-value customer to focus on first
How to sharpen your message so your marketing works harder
Which channels give the best return when budgets are tight
How to create simple, consistent content without burning out
Where to spend (and where not to) when every dollar counts
How to create a focused action plan you can implement immediately

You’ll leave with clarity, confidence and a realistic marketing plan that fits your budget, and your business
