We’ve designed the day to give you a balanced mix of relaxation, education,and connection. You’ll enjoy yoga, expert-led workshops, delicious and nutritious wholefood meals, and plenty of opportunities to reflect and connect with like-minded women.

Arrival and Welcome: Begin your day in the tranquil surroundings of Temple Retreat, nestled on 10 private acres. Enjoy a warm welcome and connect with like-minded women as we set intentions for the day.
Women's Yoga with Tanya Cameron from Seed Yoga: Ease into the day with a rejuvenating yoga session designed to support hormonal balance, release tension and leave you feeling grounded.
Morning Tea: Refuel with a wholesome morning tea, featuring nutrient-dense snacks to support your body's changing needs.
Gut Health and Nutrition Workshop with Marcia Davidson from Kickstart Your Wellness: In this interactive session, explore how nutrition and essential oils can ease symptoms like bloating, fatigue, and mood swings while supporting overall vitality.
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch catering to various dietary preferences, including wholefood, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options.
Pelvic Floor Health with Candice West from Liberty Women’s Wellness: Learn how to maintain pelvic floor strength and bone density from an expert physiotherapist, helping you feel strong and supported at any age.
Comfort Break: Take a moment to relax and recharge.
Emotional Support Workshop: Kerri Speyers from Life Choices Coaching will lead a session on managing emotional changes during menopause. Discover strategies for mood regulation, stress management, and embracing this new chapter of life
Reflection and Connection: Gather as a group for a closing meditation under the 100-year-old fig tree. Leave feeling empowered, refreshed, and ready to thrive.
