Session 1: Mat Pilates (6:15am – 7:00am)
A slow, steady, full-body Pilates class designed to awaken your strength, improve posture and build deep core stability - all while staying kind to your body.
This mindful movement session is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling energised and strong from the inside out.

Session 2: Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing (07:10am – 08:00am)
Sink into stillness with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, supported by the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. This deeply restorative practice helps calm the nervous system, release stress and guide you into a state of deep rest and expanded awareness.
