Event description

Dani El-Rassi (NSW) and MAXON (VIC) team up once again for a string of shows this summer 2024. The pair sold out venues on their collaborative tour in 2022 and have joined forced once again for a collection of shows in NSW. Also playing at the show will be Abbie Lane.

Sydney based Indie Folk/Pop artist Dani El-Rassi has just released her two heartfelt new singles and music videos for ‘Til You Run Out Of Words’, which was premiered via AAA Backstage. The second recent single was 'Beautiful Smile' which debuted with a captivating Music Video produced by Heaps Stoked Productions. The multi-talented songstress has also announced a run of east coast tour dates to celebrate.

Dani El-Rassi is renowned for her anthemic vocals and emotionally charged songwriting. She debuted in 2019 with the release of her single ‘Breathe’ and has since released multiple singles and an EP.

MAXON's performance at the PBC are part of 'Summer Tour 2024' before she gears up to release some new music from her debut album that was recently finished with producer Jono Steer (Ainslee Wills, This Way North).

MAXON is currently shaking audiences with her trademark vocal and boundless song-writing talents. Her writing is stylistic of a diary entry; clandestine and forthright. Such confessional writing is bound to a vulnerable stage presence and a voice soaked in command, as MAXON’s audiences witness the tale of the gifted singer and her battle through the trials and tribulations of love and its conditions.

As an artist, MAXON’s true desire with her music is to spread the message of unconditional love, in an effort to help people work through their heartbreakaround being let down in this way. Her story comes with a lifetime of struggle for acceptance notched into her belt. Despite a heavy heart and track lines rusted into her cheeks, MAXON has a light spirit that is begging to share the love.

Abbey Lane is an indie pop artist from Sydney. Her sounds have been developed over 15 years of musicianship, influenced by an amalgam of Australian artists such as Maddy Jane, Eves Karydas and Middle Kids. She is no stranger to the live music scene, having performed across NSW over the past 8 years featuring on lineups with Little Quirks, Loretta, Diesel, and also performing at the FIFA Women's World Cup Grand Final and SXSW. Recently, Abbey Lane has been honing in on her indie pop/rock influences, recording new music with multi ARIA award winning producer Dave Petrovic to be released throughout 2024.
