• A walk through David's Veolia compost trial offers the chance to dig into alternative input options in broad-acre farming, hear the finer details on the product itself from Collin Rossbridge (Veolia Recycling & Recovery), and see an approach built on tracking the metrics that actually matter.

• You’ll learn about the value of biodiversity in this nature-based system and the practices that prop it up it through tours of mixed species crops, fodder trees, perennial pastures, and native plantings.

• Delve into how David is minimising soil disturbance with low-chemical and zero-till practices, and glean expert knowledge from Stewart McTaggart (Direct Seeding) on the machinery that's facilitating this.

• Plus, see a brilliant example of sustainability extending well beyond farming operations with David's off-grid power setup and passive cooling/heating strawbale structures.

• Round out the day with a barbeque featuring locally sourced Amarillo regenerative lamb from Chris Wyhoon, a sundowner walk, and the chance to connect with peers.
