A medicine drum sound bath helps you to relax, re-set and refresh yourself on many levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As you feel the spirit guided healing vibes of the drum wash over you, you can feel shifts happen on one or more levels. Feel the healing vibes as it fills your energy centres with Love and Light.
At this event you can lie down or sit back comfortably and enjoy the rhythm, beat and vibrations of the medicine drum as I drum over and around you.

**No meditation experience necessary* Just bring an open heart and mind and the willingness to receive.
What else to bring - a yoga mat and a bottle of water. You might also wish to bring a cushion, bolster, light blanket and an eye mask to make yourself comfortable. Due to COVID safety requirements, kindly use hand sanitiser upon entering and maintain adequate distance.
Parking - there is ample street parking. The location is also accessible by public transport.
