  • like to learn some research based, simple Meditation practices that can help you create a calmer mind and calmer life?
  • like to be able to access a state of flow by having the ability to cultivate both an open and closed state of attention?
  • love to be able to have some skills to use in your every day life to create calm and reduce stress?

Then please come and join us for a Meditation Taster session where we will practice two, short meditations. If you have a mat and/or meditation cushion then please bring them along. If not, we do have some spare mats and cushions that you are welcome to use for the session.
