Meditation Class and Sound Healing - for Teens and All Ages

Let’s turn this anxiety upside down.

A special guided meditation class and sound healing that includes our teens and is for everyone. 

Beginners welcome.

Buy one ticket and bring someone special for free.

Teens under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Slow down and just be.

No awkward talking circles.

Simply make yourself comfy.

Mats, blankets and cushions provided.

Chairs also available for seated practice if required.

You can lay down, be seated or lean up against a wall seated. Whatever works for you.

Of course bring whatever you’d like to relax if you would like to x

Class runs for 45 mins with Karina guiding a meditation and sound bath including crystal singing bowls all focused on reducing feelings of anxiety.

No intense breathwork — just gentle guidance, calming meditation and beautiful sound.

When purchasing your “Adult Ticket” also choose the “My Someone Special”ticket which is at no cost if you wish to bring someone special.

Small booking fees apply. They are donated to a good cause from Humanitix.
