Guided by the wonderful Samantha Samway, a Reiki Master and experienced Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork teacher, this session offers a nurturing space to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore your sense of balance.
This gentle, guided session is designed to help you unwind, reduce stress, and support your mental and emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and nourish your body and mind.
