ABOUT OUR PROJECT
A holistic and wellbeing project that connects creativity and self-awareness for personal clarity and authenticity.
Combining freedom of art expression and meditation practice, we are embracing our body, mind, and soul in a creative way.
ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Through a variety of art activities and meditation practices, we provide an alternative
perspective of how to express thoughts, feelings, and emotions in order to
explore creativity and self-awareness for authentic living.
Each session is divided into welcome, discovering activities, sharing and farewell.
Using drawing, painting, or any form of art expression, we connect to ourselves in a creative way.
Please note: All the art equipment is provided (material to draw, paint and tools to create with).
Although
we supply everything, we encourage participants to take their own
favorite art material and eventually their notebook with blank pages to
keep track of their own creative journey along the course.
This is the type we are suggesting. If you have something similar in whatever size and color works for you, even better!

ABOUT US
Art Yoga is a holistic and wellbeing project created by Dinny and
Giulia based on Art expression and Yoga Philosophy. Our main purpose is
to encourage everyone to express and connect with their inner world. Our
artistic and conscious approach has the purpose to provide community
integration and well-being. Our vision of Art Yoga was born from our
desire to deliver this notion: combine the freedom of creative expression with a
meditation practice that connects body, mind, and soul in a creative
way.
