Mediterranean Feasting

Explore the less well-known cuisines around the Mediterranean.  In this hands-on, cooking workshop we will explore cooking traditions in Malta, Croatia and Cyprus.

Our Chef will talk about ingredients in each region and where you can source them.  Participants will then prepare three delicious Mediterranean dishes to take home including a entree, main and dessert. You’ll also sample a number of other dishes with your afternoon tea.

So get creative and learn new cooking skills and cultural traditions!
