In our first talk, Ali will delve into the critical role of psychological safety in nurturing creativity. She will share practical tactics that you can implement in your team to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters innovation and brings out the best in everyone.

Next, Wriddhi will demonstrate how structure and frameworks can be used to spark creativity and design customer-centric solutions. In our third talk, Ying will introduce us to the principles of strategic foresight and share her experiences in applying these methodologies to help teams foster long-term thinking. Ying will also discuss how emerging generative AI tools can complement human insights in this process.

Finally, Gemma will be discussing creative ways to get buy-in and covertly build trust with stakeholders, even in challenging times.
