Melbourne Roundtable Lunch: Lessons from the Boardroom

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Join BWA Leaders Lyn Hawkins, (National Director) and Jessica Schubert (Intact Teams) as we share insights and experiences about Boardroom behaviour, communication and the critical issues facing Directors.

At this interactive Roundtable lunch we will explore the power of Keystone Conversations, the need to understand human behaviour, and the use of tools like DISC Flow to improve boardroom outcomes. Attendees will share their approaches and experiences with the goal of improving our knowledge of best practices in managing group dynamics and the best methods of influencing in positive ways.

This is an opportunity to connect, discover more about each other and contribute to a powerful conversation supporting emerging women keen to be effective Board Directors, and those who have decades of lessons to share.

This is a limited numbers event to ensure an interactive discussion and quality conversation over a delicious lunch and refreshments. Share your insights and be part of the growth of the BWA's national collective; Australia's fastest growing collective of female leaders who are committed to the greater good.

If you have Board experience, whether in the NFP, private or public sector, or aspirations for a Board role, we would love you to join the conversation.

BWA is a non-competing, supportive enterprise with a desire to see all women to achieve success in business and life.
