WHAT TO EXPECT

The Murrup Gurrong Yan and Homestead Track Loop is around 10km and is a fun moderate hike for beginners and newbies.

The trail is roughly 10km and should take around 2.5 - 3 hours to complete depending on our pace. The trail is fairly easy with a few moderate bits for a total of around 200m of elevation. The hike will finish back where we started at the Woodlands Homestead where we can take over the café and try some of Annie's famous scones!

This is a really great trail where we are guaranteed to see plenty of Kangaroos. The trail is very close to Melbourne Airport so we will also get to see some low flying planes coming in over our heads as they take off and land. Hopefully we can snap one in the background of our group photo!
