Men in Motion is a community gathering created by Memoirs by Him, designed to give men a relaxed, welcoming space to connect, slow down and spend a little time looking after themselves.

Come for a coffee, have a chat, try something new, meet some good people.

Throughout the day we’ll have:

An exclusive breath work session with Lisa Burgess. Capped at 20 participants. Register when you RSVP.
An intro to journaling and open conversation

Ping pong knockout tournament
Darts high-score competition
Space to hang out, talk and connect

The event is open to everyone, with a particular focus on creating a supportive and accessible space for men.

No journaling experience is needed. You don’t need to participate in every activity either. Come along and engage however feels right for you.

We’ll also have copies of the Memoirs By Him journal available on the day at a special event-only price for attendees.
