Testimonial
Brendan has a knack of making the sessions both productive and entertaining. He handles questions about the value of each exercise with medical skill, humour and tact...
Hardly a session passes when we don't learn a new exercise...or using the resistance bands he provides.
I hope that this initiative can be ongoing as it sets the San apart in its patient care for men who have a prostate cancer diagnosis.
Thank you to the San Foundation and the Cancer Support Centre for making the Men's Exercise group possible.
Men's Health Physiotherapist

Brendan Limbrey - Arrow Physiotherapy
Brendan is one of the few physiotherapists across the country who specifically treats men with issues of urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction and pelvic pain. With the focus on pelvic floor and core exercises, this group exercise class is one of the first in Australia. Feedback from the men has been overwhelmingly positive and the connections that have formed as a result are equally beneficial.
