Our Men's SoulFlow Circle will entail a relaxing morning of breathwork, restorative movement & healing meditation designed to create a more balanced, positive & harmonious mindset. This circle will focus on the first stage of Flow - grounding. We will use gentle stretches to awaken the body & allow any stuck energy to flow through, clearing any stagnant energy from our system. Cheryl will share a beautiful body clock flow that will balance the meridians & organs before the group moves move into a space of connection, combining elements from Tai Chi & Yoga with Breathwork, Affirmations and Somatic Movements.The session will finish with an energy healing meditation to create balance and calm in the nervous system, leaving you feeling lighter and energised.
