Menopause Forum 2026
Description
The Multicultural Communities Council of SA (MCCSA) has been bringing women together for many years to have open conversations about health and wellbeing, including issues that are often overlooked or not discussed openly.
This year, we are delighted to welcome Dr Jane Elliott back for a forum on mental health and menopause.
Menopause can affect women in many different ways, including mood, sleep, emotional wellbeing and mental health. For women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, recognising symptoms and knowing where to seek information and support can sometimes be more difficult.
Join us for an informative and supportive discussion about how menopause affects women’s mental health and overall wellbeing, what signs to look out for, and what support is available.
Arrival: 5:30 PM
Forum starts: 6:00 PM
We are also pleased to be collaborating with the National Council of Women South Australia for this event.
Please help us promote this event by sharing with friends, family, and colleagues who might be interested. Together, we can make a positive impact on women's health!
