Join us for a holistic, inclusive community information session designed to educate and support everyone through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. Whether you are experiencing it yourself, supporting a loved one, or simply want to learn more, you are warmly welcome!

✨ Guest Speakers from Gympie Women's Health
Dr. Maya Eamus (General Practitioner): An experienced GP with a special interest in women's health. She will share evidence-based information on menopause, common symptoms, treatment options, and strategies to support your overall wellbeing.
Fiona Herrington (Accredited Mental Health Social Worker): Bringing extensive experience in emotional wellbeing, Fiona will explore the psychological and social impacts of menopause—covering mood changes, stress, identity, relationships, and practical mental health strategies.
Susie Ma (PACFA-Accredited Counsellor): Working closely with women to build resilience and self-understanding, Susie will discuss the emotional and personal experiences of menopause, offering practical insights into self-care and navigating life changes with confidence.
