SOOTHING MENORAGE & IRRITABILITY- Menopause Yoga Women’s Circle

This is an invitation to join our second series of “Embracing Maga” for our ~ Soothing Menorage & Irritability Women’s Circle ~ and learn how the changing hormones -including anger and rage - are a natural part of the Menopause Transition, and how by honoring these important emotions can serve as one of your greatest teachers on the true path of healing.

Anger, resistance to change, irritability and exhaustion are some of the symptoms women experience during the Peri/Menopause transition.

Known as “MENO-RAGE” -a mix of repressed anger, unspoken emotions and feelings of being “mad”, “bad” or “ashamed” for not being able to cope with stress, set loving boundaries to meet your needs first, or after being taught to always behave and be “the good girl” -this heated emotion can lead to emotionally explosion, mental exhaustion, burn out and IRRITABILITY if women continue to push themselves to their limit, instead of honoring this transition with more love, compassion, understanding and kindness.

This is a 4 hr Peri/Menopause Women's Circle, safe container and nurturing space for women to come together, support one another, and lovingly embrace the transition into their Perimenopause and Menopause, known as a “Second Spring” or the embrace of the "Wise Woman".

With Mikaela Duffy, Naturopath, Nutritionist & Bodyworker as a special guest and Beatriz Davila as a Certified “Yoga Menopause Teacher”, Breathwork Coach, Massage Therapist and Reiki Healer and owner of RESPIRAH YOGA SPACE you learn, embody and explore:

- the mechanisms of Peri/Menopause and what is happening to your hormones,

-the emotions & spiritual journey of entering this “Maga phase”

- why Rage & Irritability are common during this transition

- specific Yoga sequences, Berathwork techniques, Mudras and Mantras that can help you soothe Menorage & Irritability.

- how to channel these emotions for feeling calmer and empowered to navigate this transition with more acceptance and wisdom.
