Awakening Breath is a therapeutic breathing practice that uses breath for healing and awakening.

By following a specific breathing pattern, our mind gradually enters a subtly different state of consciousness, activating our natural healing system in the body. This breathing practice aims to release energetic blockages, allowing for energy, emotion and trauma to release.

This workshop is an active breathing workshop and is for those wanting to deepen their own healing journey, to experience something beyond the mind, wanting to release whats perhaps weighing them down, or for those seeking more clarity, creativity and capacity to take action.

This 2.5 hour workshop includes introduction, warm-up practice, breath-work journey and closing circle.

High blood pressure
Detached retina
Recent surgery
History of seizures
Diagnosed with severe PTSD
Severe Asthma
Cardiovascular problems / History of heart disease
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Currently taking any medications that alter brain chemistry
