We are building  a community of like minded men, offering a space for men to connect with others, share about their lives, support each other and create new friendships. 

We have drawn from our experience and learnings from Men’s Work, Yoga, Mindfulness, Mindset and much more, and created a way to bring them together for you in a grounded, down to earth way.

We offer this retreat from embodied experience, and the way the three of us (facilitators) live our lives.

This full day journey will enrich and deepen your lives and is also guaranteed to give you fresh perspectives about how to live a more conscious life.

We have prepared deep workshops and processes, woven together with integration practices, fun activities and great food.

Food is included for the day, location is at a beautiful retreat space set in nature in the Glass House Mountains. 

It’s a full, deep, fun and rewarding day that starts at 7:00am and finishes at 8:30pm.

• Tickets can be transferrable to another person only up to 2 day before the event. Otherwise, 50% ticket can be transferrable to the next event.
