We have drawn from our experience and learnings from Men’s Work, Yoga, Mindfulness, Mindset and much more, and created a way to bring them together for you in a grounded, down to earth way.

We offer this retreat from embodied experience, and the way the three of us (facilitators) live our lives.

This full day journey will enrich and deepen your lives and is also guaranteed to give you fresh perspectives about how to live a more conscious life.

We have prepared deep workshops and processes, woven together with integration practices, fun activities and great food.

Tickets can be transferrable to another person only up to 2 day before the event. Otherwise, 50% ticket can be transferrable to the next event.
