Mental Health Maintenance Rockingham
Event description
Want to learn more about your mental wellbeing? Join us for a FREE workshop that combines learning, assessing and sharing in a safe space.
What is Mental Health Maintenance (MHM)? 💭
20Talk is a mental health charity that has developed this workshop with experts in the field about how to tap into different areas of your wellbeing plus finding a great way to monitor them. A lot of workshops these days are about helping others in crisis mode, but this one is all about helping YOU before you get into crisis mode.
You’ll learn about 12 dimensions that contribute to your overall mental wellbeing, with guidance from experts, plus a FREE journal tailored to continue your learnings from the workshop. These workshops are free for you to enjoy thanks to funding from Black Dog Ride Australia and partnering with Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation.
