Exciting News!

With huge thanks to Black Dog Ride Australia, 20Talk has been awarded funding to host FREE Mental Health Maintenance courses throughout 2025! In partnership with the Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation, these 1-day workshops will equip participants with practical tools to understand, assess, and improve their wellbeing. Developed with insights from 12 of Australia’s leading experts, the training covers the 12 dimensions of wellness, with each participant receiving a specialised 20Talk Journal to use throughout the year.

The Leeuwin, a cornerstone of the Fremantle community, has long championed self-development and wellbeing. After the recent maritime collision left their ship unable to sail, this initiative will provide crucial support to Leeuwin staff, volunteers, and the broader community, fostering resilience and mental health awareness during this challenging time.

Facilitated by young, engaging trainers, this course is an insightful and fun way to take charge of your wellbeing. A huge thank you to Black Dog Ride Australia for making this possible!
