Empower your family with strategies to boost resilience, foster connection, and create a healthier mental outlook

Have you ever struggled with how to talk to your kid(s) about mental well-being? 

Do you worry about missing the signs that your child is struggling with his/her self-worth and/or value? 

Do you know what to do if/when your kid(s) need immediate help? 

Would you like resiliency tools to use for yourself and with your kids? 

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, this workshop is for you! Please join us! 

2/12/25: Mind Matters

An introduction to statistics around mental health, the mental health continuum, warning signs, how to support others, and where to find local & national resources. 

2/19/25: Unlocking the Power of Play

From improving memory and problem-solving skills to fostering empathy and building stronger relationships, play has the potential to have profound effects on our overall wellbeing. 

2/26/25: Suicide Prevention Training - QPR

Designed to train everyone in a position to prevent suicide how to help save a life! 

3/5/25: Recharge & Reconnect (NOTE: Ash Wednesday, so meeting is from 6-7)

Learn new ways to recharge and boost resilience through mindfulness, social connections, self-care strategies, sense of meaning, and a growth mindset. 

3/12/25: Now You Know/Round Table 

Facilitated discussion to access the wisdom of the room! Share what you've tried, what has worked for you, what has not worked, and what you want to try. Maybe someone else has a solution for you!

Ashley Grey with 1N5 will present the first four sessions. 1N5 provides education designed to build mental health literacy, increase knowledge of mental health resources, and normalize conversations about mental health in schools, communities, and workplaces. www.1N5.org
