Hi men, join us to continue your journey or to start your journey with Yoga and other powerful mindfulness practices. Payment plan available.

Benefits:

We have been running this program for about 2 years in the Sunshine Coast and more than 200 men have attended it, making massive transformation to their lives, impacting their families and the ones around them.

What's included:

6 x 2.5 hour classes, they include: Yoga Practice, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Journey & Chanting, Sharing Circle, Connection & Community.


Every Wednesday from the 3 September 6:30pm until 9pm. For 6 weeks, except Wed 8 Oct.

Who is it for?

  • Men with no yoga experience, little experience or just starting.

  • Men who want to perfect their practice.

  • Men looking at improving health habits, flexibility, relationships, sleep, concentration & focus.

Sessions:

  • Wednesday, 3 September 6:30pm - 9pm

  • Wednesday, 10 September 6:30pm - 9pm

  • Wednesday, 17 September 6:30pm - 9pm

  • Wednesday, 24 September 6:30pm - 9pm

  • Wednesday, 1 October 6:30pm - 9pm

  • Wednesday, 15 October 6:30pm - 9pm

Total investment is $350 paid in advance. Paid online via Humanitix  (this will add some Humanitix booking fees to your payment) or cash on the first class. Message me directly to apply for a payment plan. 

It’s ok if you guys miss a session, however you still need to book for the entire program.

Additional notes.

  • You will need your own Yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow

  • Bring a bottle of water

  • Bring a pen and a notebook to take notes
