Description
DadConnect is a free program for couples in the first year of parenthood, run by Dads Group and in partnership with Merri-bek City Council Maternal and Child Health.
Parenting as Partners is your first session, both partners attend together. It covers the mental load of early parenthood, perinatal mental health for both mums and dads, and practical tools to support your relationship through the transition to parenthood.
The following week, 28th of October, dad returns solo for The Dad Debrief through online session — a dads-only hour with other new fathers. Peer connection, mental health, and practical skills to show up differently at home.
Free. No referral needed. Open to any Australian family.
