Metamorphosis: Cacao, Yoga Nidra and Sound Journey
Join Vanessa and Ruth for an expansive evening of stepping into truth and authentic expression. Experience 2 hours of meditation and blissful soundscapes to soothe the nervous system and invite deep relaxation.
Be welcomed with a nourishing cup of ceremonial cacao or tea as part of our welcome ritual to settle into our sacred container. From there, be led into a guided meditation to deepen your state of presence, culminating in a magical one hour sound bath of nourishing vibrations created by the handpan, crystal singing bowls, chimes and more.
A wonderfully nurturing opportunity to reset the nervous system to welcome in calm and tranquility before the weekend ahead.
Pre-bookings are essential so that the space can remain intentional and intimate. All genders welcome.
