Metamorphosis: A Somatic Yin & Live Music Journey

Join yin yoga teacher Jac Keleher and heart-led musician Josh Lovegrove for a deeply touching somatic journey of the process of metamorphosis - through story-telling, the body & live music.

Through poetry, story-telling, yin yoga, embodiment and drawing upon the deep wisdom of the natural world, this unique and immersive yoga experience is designed to take you on a somatic journey into the unravelling process of metamorphosis - for it to be physically felt within the body, and integrated through words, story and the vibration of music & sound.

Please note that spaces are limited and booking is essential. 

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before to allow ample time to get settled in.

Please bring your own yoga mat and bolster/cushion.
