What happens when a winemaker throws out the rulebook? Join us at The Last Supper for a fun and fascinating tasting of three experimental wines from Patrick of Coonawarra's Méthode range, where traditional winemaking meets a little creative rebellion.

From a lightly sparkling Riesling to an unconventional Chardonnay and a Cabernet Sauvignon with a distinctly Australian twist, these wines challenge expectations and prove there's more than one way to make a great drop.

Over 60 minutes, we'll explore the unusual techniques behind each wine, discover how they influence flavour and enjoy three delicious cicchetti, each carefully paired with your glass.
