What happens when a winemaker throws out the rulebook? Join us at The Last Supper for a fun and fascinating tasting of three experimental wines from Patrick of Coonawarra's Méthode range, where traditional winemaking meets a little creative rebellion.

From a lightly sparkling Riesling to an unconventional Chardonnay and a Cabernet Sauvignon with a distinctly Australian twist, these wines challenge expectations and prove there's more than one way to make a great drop.

Over 60 minutes, we'll explore the unusual techniques behind each wine, discover how they influence flavour and enjoy three delicious cicchetti, each carefully paired with your glass.

Expect interesting stories, surprising flavours, a little wine education and plenty of conversation.

Your ticket includes:

Three generous 100 mL wine tastings
Three paired cicchetti
A relaxed, guided 60-minute tasting

Tickets: $59 per person

No wine expertise required. Just a curious palate and a willingness to try something different.

Limited to 14 guests
