Course participants learn about the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems in adults, how to recognise and respond to an emerging or worsening mental health problem and the treatments and supports available.

About our trainer

"Paul did an amazing job at engaging everyone with the content, his real-life examples and experiences gave context many in the training haven't seen or thought of before and it was extremely valuable. He also didn't sugarcoat things which I feel was so important to really understand the scope of the conversations. He was extremely open and inviting to questions and facilitated amazing discussions through the entire session." - Previous Participant

"Paul was an excellent instructor and did a very good job at keeping everyone at ease and fostering an open
