Overview

Join us at the Mindful Self-Acceptance – The Art of Stillness workshop, designed for midlife women seeking to cultivate self-acceptance through mindfulness, rest, and reconnection with nature.  

We will explore the power of stillness in reducing stress, enhancing self-appreciation, and fostering an understanding about how nature can play a big role in rest and relaxation during the midlife years.

📍 Partridge House, 38 Partridge House, Glenelg 

Space is limited! Reserve your spot and gift yourself some time to enjoy the benefits of stillness. A light supper and refreshments will be included. 

This workshop is part of the Midlife Mind Series for 2025 and is also a stand-alone event and you are more than welcome to come to as many of the series. (Find out more about the upcoming monthly workshops below).

  • The Role of Nature – Utilising nature as a tool for grounding, reflection, and emotional balance. 
  • Sleep and Rest – Exploring the importance of quality rest and practical strategies to improve sleep and relaxation. 
  • The Art of Stillness – Learning techniques to slow down, tune in, and cultivate inner peace amidst life’s demands. 

This workshop is designed for midlife women who want to feel more energised, inspired and in control of their emotional and physical well-being.  

Join us for an insightful and supportive experience where you can take time for yourself, build resilience, and embrace midlife with confidence and with a positive pivot.
