Join us at the Midlife Mind: Nourish My Soul workshop.

This interactive workshop is dedicated to empowering women in midlife to feel informed about the importance of nutrition and healthy eating during menopause and midlife. It focuses on understanding the unique nutritional needs and explores dietary choices that promote overall wellbeing.​

During the evening, we will explore ways to maintain a healthy body and mind, doing what you love to do. Small changes to your daily routine can reap benefits for your overall wellbeing during midlife. Our guest, Jasmine, will share insights and information about healthy eating. As a Nutrition and Fitness Coach, Jasmine supports women in understanding more about eating in moderation and eating the foods you love to eat.

This workshop is part of the Midlife Mind Series for 2025 and is also a stand-alone event and the final event of the series is on Thursday 26 June 2025.

  • Insights into Hormonal Changes and Healthy Eating - Impact on metabolism, muscle mass, and bone density.​
  • Managing Insulin Resistance - Discover how food choices can influence insulin sensitivity, including the benefits of high-fibre foods, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
  • Interactive Demonstration - Create a simple meal that can be enjoyed for lunch or as a healthy snack.

This workshop series is designed for midlife women who want to feel more energised, inspired and in control of their emotional and physical wellbeing.

Join us for an insightful and supportive experience where you can take time for yourself, build resilience, and embrace midlife with confidence and with a positive pivot.
