Join us at the Midlife Mind: Nourish My Soul workshop.

This interactive workshop is dedicated to empowering women in midlife to feel informed about the importance of nutrition and healthy eating during menopause and midlife. It focuses on understanding the unique nutritional needs and explores dietary choices that promote overall wellbeing.

During the evening, we will explore ways to maintain a healthy body and mind, doing what you love to do. Small changes to your daily routine can reap benefits for your overall wellbeing during midlife. Our guest, Jasmine, will share insights and information about healthy eating. As a Nutrition and Fitness Coach, Jasmine supports women in understanding more about eating in moderation and eating the foods you love to eat.
