1. 2. Focus Topic for the day: ‘Better practice multicultural communications’ by Jess Mathew. (30 minutes presentation)

Jess Mathew is a Senior Communications Adviser from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH). She will be presenting on a suite of publicly available resources from DFFH to help improve your communication with multicultural communities.
