2. Focus Topic for the day: ‘Better practice multicultural communications’ by Jess Mathew. (30 minutes presentation)

Jess Mathew is a Senior Communications Adviser from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH). She will be presenting on a suite of publicly available resources from DFFH to help improve your communication with multicultural communities.

3. Q and A: Chair of the meeting and moderator Minwen Wu (10 to 15 minutes)

4. A shared but forgotten camaraderie: Lest we forget, the Anzacs and Ethnic communities in the First World War – Pradeep Kanthan (5 to 8 minutes)
