MIND:

Join Kristi to quiet the mind and raise your vibration. 

You can expect a little gentle embodied movement, followed by connection to breath and mindful meditation. You will also journey to a deep state of bliss through a chakra balancing sound meditation with the ethereal sounds of the Crystal singing bowls. 

Cultivate peace and tranquility in this decadent act of self-care. It is in this deep, relaxed mental state that we truly heal. 

BODY:

In this session, Rowena draws on naturopathic, traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic philosophies to discuss foods, herbal medicines, flower essences and practices to nurture and nourish the body as we move through the change of seasons.

Following this, there will be an opportunity to use your knowledge to design your own personalised take home tea blend to support the transition into the warmer months of the year, using herbs specially selected by you, for you. (valued at $35)
