Your facilitators Pitu from Pitu Studio and Judy from Museum of Soul will guide you through a series of mindful art practices designed to awaken your creativity and deepen your connection to the present moment. You'll also be entranced in the soothing vibrations of a sound healing session, using instruments like singing bowls and chimes to promote relaxation and energetic balance.

This workshop is open to all levels. Join us for a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and artistic expression.

Additional/optional items: We want you to feel comfortable some optional items can be eye mask for sound bath, blanket/shawl to keep you warm and cosy, cushion, welcome to bring a totem for the altar.
