Dear Mindful Aware Meditation Group community,

We have exciting news to share – we're holding an in-person 2-hour meditation retreat! This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice, connect with fellow meditators, and immerse yourself in a supportive community.

Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 5th, from 10 am to 12 pm, as we gather at the historic Waban Library in Waban, MA. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation, this event is open to all. Feel free to extend the invitation to family members and friends who may be interested in experiencing the transformative power of meditation. 

While a donation of $20 is recommended to help cover event costs, any contribution within your means is greatly appreciated. This donation is entirely optional.
