Life is busy. It can be hard to find the time to slow down, release built-up tension, and let go of stress. That’s why creating intentional space to pause, breathe, and reset is more important than ever.
Join us for an hour dedicated to your physical and mental health. Lead by Silvana Forlini, a highly qualified Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, this inclusive Mindful Flow Workshop will guide you through gentle movement, mindful reflection, and intention setting towards a state of relaxation and renewal.

Silvana Forlini is a Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in anxiety, trauma, weight loss, women’s wellbeing, phobias, chronic pain, and relationship counseling. Born in Argentina and now based in Australia, Silvana’s deep empathy stems from her South American upbringing and 15 years working with migrant and refugee communities. With a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy and training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and EMDR Therapy, she helps clients transform their emotional states.
