A group for building confidence, self-esteem, relaxation, self-love, fun and friendship.

Mindful Girls Calm and Crystals (10+ yrs)

In this 2 hour workshop the Girls will enjoy -

* Mindfulness activity to recognise where the different emotions are held and felt in the body

* Art therapy activity to connect with their inner critic

* How to choose to be calm when feeling negative emotions

* Intro to crystals: how to clear and program crystals and how to work and meditate with the crystals.

The girls will receive a small crystal pack to take home.
