    Mindful Monday - Meditation - ALL WELCOME

    6.30PM Monday May 20th at Tallebudgera Community Centre, Gold Coast, QLD.

    $10 donation 

    What to expect: Brief introductions and guided meditation. 

    Who is this for: All are welcome. If you have never meditated before that is okay, this is for all levels. 

    Why: This is an opportunity to relax, unwind, reflect, let go and tune into your inner wisdom. Silencing the mind and connecting to ourselves through meditation has been found to alleviate negative mental states such as stress and anxiety and foster positive mental states such as joy, fulfilment, gratitude and happiness. 

    What to bring:
    - Yoga Mat, cushion, blanket
    - Water
    Optional - journal/pen, eye pillows (whatever will make you feel most comfortable). 

    What to wear: whatever you feel most comfortable in.
